^^^i've done a couple, it's just a little tricky moving the pipes around. the v-band clamps can be a little annoying.

support the engine with a jack stand, unbolt the cat from the exhaust (you don't have to remove the exhaust, just let them hang). mark all the o2 sensors/connectors. there is a bracket holding the lower portion of the cats (connected to the trans bell housing). remove o2 sensors, loosen up the v-band clamps all the way, remove right side motor mount bracket (entire assembly). rest is just twisting and pulling till they fall out.
