Honestly that size set up in winter seems a little crazy to me. I’ve done a square 21” set up before (295/40/21) and that was cool but a staggered set up with 275/40 and 315/35 seems like it would be silly. I think of it like this: the vehicle won’t look as great but will thrive with the 20” set up whereas the 22” winter set up would qualify as drivable
