I had a valet crash my friends car into my '06 Tundra a few years ago. Pretty sure he was stoned outta his mind (only judging because he was parking my truck). He also dropped a key fob into a storm drain and was down in the drain feeling around for it.
Anyway, insurance paid me $2500 for diminished value on a 8 yr old truck. You should expect at least double that, IMO.
