those are the new airless tires that were developed, its an interesting and amazing concept.. but I didnt know there was a shortage of air
I guess its the next step forward in runflat tire technology. the downside of those is that the wheel and tire are one whole unit, but the tire area would be covered to look like a regular tire, not like in that picture. Its an interesting idea, but still a bit ahead of its time for now.
