I am building a carbon black with extended or full black merino leather interior. I am conflicted on the choice for trim. I think I have it narrowed down to fineline stripe brown high gloss wood or anthracite-brown poplar. I am going to have a leather dash and alcantera headliner.

1) Is going up to full black merino leather worth it over extended?
2) Fineline stripe brown high gloss trim or anthracite poplar?
