Thanks to a recommendation from FifthStreetz, I purchased a license plate bracket from
www.gominigo.com. This is an alternative way to mount your front license plate rather than drilling holes in the brand new bumper of your new E92 M3!
The Customer Service people at gominigo.com were extremely helpful. The part number for this bracket is BMW62 and the cost is $55. It is extrememly easy to install and requires no drilling of the bumper. It uses the existing tow hook hole in the bumper. All the necessary hardware is included.
