The only features available on x7 in US that are not available in x5 are - adaptive road preview (Autobahn) package as part of Dynamic Handling Package. Obviously you can order captains chairs for second row in x7
Full leather interior is only on x7 now but only in one color. Later on it will be available on X5 and more colors will be offered.
Alcantara ceiling is only available on x7 as part of full leather. not sure if it will be available on x5.
All controls are the same - glass controls are available on x5 as well.
If you order x5 with air suspension and extended Merino leather - interior is identical.
