First, all covers are completely sanded to remove the light texture present on the surface. The sanding ensures a perfectly smooth finish and not simply a paint fill. After sanding the cover the painter must mask every line and letter, which in itself can take 30-45 minutes. From there the cover is primed, base coat applied, tape removed, and finally the clear is sprayed. Although seemingly complete, all painted parts are then inspected for any imperfections in the clear, buffed, and packaged in microfiber to ensure safe delivery.

Excellent piece of work on marketing. But to be honest, what you have written there is plain "Painting 101" in fancier terms.
