It sounds like you intend to keep your stock wheels. I did that and replaced the runflats with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S which are just incredible. Consensus #1 Street summer tire right now! (Going to use the runflats as winter tires until they wear out.) I upgraded my tire size but I have 18" wheels so my knowledge wouldn't help you with your 19's.
