Leggings on top of compression shorts are ideal when squatting heavy/deadlifting.
Because I put performance functionality > how I look/ is why I wear them with an XL shirt so it's long enough to cover my goods even when the belt is locked in .
Now if a dude is doing chest/shoulders/upper body/ and wearing them with no shorts on top then yeah they're just gay.
