IMO your tuesday is a bit busy for your body. I would split your tuesday into two days. I also do abs everyday since abs dont take much to workout (abs are almost always working during strength training)
My workout is:
Monday: Chest and upper back
Tuesday: Bi's and tri's
Wednesday: Squats and deadlifts
Thursday: Shoulders and Cleans
Friday: off
Saturday: Bike and Treadmill
Sunday: Treadmill and Stairmaster
5'10" 210-163 over 6 months or so aiming for 155
