Its more than that..
DHP is
IAS: integral active steering, at low speeds the front and rear wheels angle in opposite directions, reducing turning circle. The turning circle for my x7 is smaller than that of ny old x3. At higher speeds both front and rear turn in the same direction to increase stability

ARS: Active Roll stabilization, basically active roll bars that let the car corner and turn flatter by counteracting the normarl characeristic for the inside wheels to lift while the outer wheels tuck.

Iirc it also adds aome other ride related features, but the main ones are IAS and ARS
