Sounds just the same as I have been reporting in U.K. Two approaches to U.K. Customer Relations, reinforced by my dealer joining in, seemed to unblock things and get the missing functionality added as an extra "booked service".

Mine was a very early car, and I bought the Remote Services in late February. Perhaps not then sorted? Were you an early adopter?
