Less than one year old. Used for connecting my IPOD Touch to Technology package enabled iDrive. Multiple apps including BMW M LapTime app interface from device directly to ConnectDrive when mounted in the snap-in. Improves iPhone 5 reception by using internal car antenna. MP3 songs in center display selection for review and changing using steering wheel controls (Technology Package required). Really nice feature for iPhone or IPOD.
