Your best bet is to contact JBSpeed and let them know about the scratches.
You pay for a product and should get a quality product with no scratches or imperfections. As far as the double sided tape, no biggy...as I would get some 3m tape instead.
So JBSpeed should get the products first so they can QC the product before going out to the customer. Bad service on their behalf.
