Stephen. I appoligize for not getting back to you. I had your number in my recieved calls but so many people call me in a day it took no more than 6 hours for that to get wiped. Yes, the car is gone, the lease assumtion is complete and he legally owns the car. He is taking it Wednsday 10/4.
