I ended up adding IAS.
Doesn't feel twitchy at all - it's quite subtle but you do feel the rear wheels assisting steering.
In my opinion it's made the vehicle more maneuverable in parking / low speeds and more stable at highway speeds. As someone else on this site said, the car feels like it's on rails.
