Chips are inevitable. Clear bra's typically are ugly. I've seen many of them including 3M and Sungard (yes, Sungard/Madico actually has an excellent clear bra self healing material) but I can't stand the look of the clear material added to the car. IMO, you'd have to do the bumper, front fenders and entire hood in order for it to look OK. Expensive to do right. And then you need to change it out when it gets marked up. Its a lose-lose!
