Plus one for Costco, we don't care if you put non-run flats on the car as long as you are aware of this. Leesburg will be okay with it, I can't speak for others but there should be no issues as long as you know what you're doing. Also if you are going for Michelin/Bridgestone/BFGoodridge tires, then Costco will have the best price hands down.
