Depends on your vantage point, but it seems to me in the real world that 528i would match it or be just as fast in 5-60 and 40-80 sprints.

Now, the real comparison would be a 550i V8 against the "Tank". I am sure the result would tilt favorably in favor of the sedan.
The drag is surprisingly good, believe it’s 0.33 and 0.34 (40; 50i)
