I don't agree. If you're going to go around the outside of someone in a turn, you need to leave them room. From Webber's on-board camera you could see Hamilton cut across his front and take away any room. If that had been Webber trying to come up the inside and he hit Hamilton, then I'd place the blame on him. But Hamilton was the one initiating the overtaking, so he needs to make sure he can pull it off without relying on the other driver to give way.
In any case, a racing incident. I'm sick to death of stewards changing race results by penalizing every contact incident. Kudos to Danny Sullivan for not interfering on this one.
