There was an article posted on msn the other day listing our national tuition costs. Quebec has the lowest tuition to begin with and the Quebec government subsidizes more of the cost than any province in our country.
Enjoy the race for those that are going. It is really a fantastic city minus these occupy wall street wannabe losers. Feel free to dispose of the protestors however necessary if confronted.
