My guess from what i have read so far on these forums is the following (some of which can apparently be coded without the package):
1) office features (read/dictate text and emails, review calendar)
2) connect up to 2 devices simultaneously with bluetooth (e.x. personal and work phone)
3) expanded voice controls
4) bluetooth audio streaming (although some folks are saying this may be available either way)
5) enhanced usb connectivity gives you things like album art, etc. (again some folks are saying you get this either way)
6) smartphone dock adapter
