I can't say I agree with this statement. Sure Max has had a lot of bad luck with reliability ... however Kvyat is 2 points against his super license away from getting a race suspension.
I'll be fairly surprised if Kvyat is in F1 next year. To be honest, I think Toro Rosso should look to replace both Kvyat and Sainz these next two seasons ... starting with Kvyat, giving Sainz one more season to get with the program. There's a lot of young talent waiting in the wings. To pardon the pun ... keeping Kvyat ... Toro Rosso is just spinning their wheels. He's like Haas' Gutierriez last season ... he qualifies well, but when it comes to racing with a group ... he just doesn't perform well enough, or crashes.
