It is because he did not select the leather dashboard option.
Unless the full merino is selected then you are given a Sensatec dashboard and door tops which in my opinion is absurd due to the cars price. If you want Merino doortops and dashboard with extended leather selected then you need to select leather dashboard for $1,200
