You quite obviously have not lived in a very cold climate!10/60 will not even pour at temps much less allow an engine to crank enough to start that we can get even a short distance north of the city,much less allow an engine to crank enough to start.In the winter in most of the vehicles that we had 0-20 or 0-40 is what we have used in recent times.
