I have a Nokia 6233 and have had two problems since November last year. Not actually a drop out but the phone would not operate i could hear my caller but they could not hear me.
I turned the phone off then on and then selected bluetooth and worked fine again.
Bluetooth does eat battery so if i'm not using the car for a few hours i turn bluetooth off. Generally in about four days i recharge frorm a powerpoint.
