With sub box in the trunk, does any type of opening need to be cut into the cabin or does sound simply penetrate to the cabin without any holes cut into main cabin? No hole, just comes right through. Had this same box in a 650i and it gave off great bass.
Don't know about the other issues, but I would be wary trying to drive more speakers off the amp due to risk of damage.
