As it stands today, it certainly is. You can get the LED sky-roof, Alcantara headliner, power rear sunshades and full leather on the X7 which you can't get on the X5 right now. At least not in the US... |
Other than the full leather these features are small differences. Even the full leather is not that far off from the extended leather as they both still use Merino.
The premier series (X7 and 7) should have their own interior design in my opinion compared to the mid-level 5 and X5 series counterparts
