Looks like the answer is yes. On the very next page of the owner's manual, it indicates that ionization and "fragrancing" are controlled separately. Can set the fragrance output to 0, but still use ionization, which would be very useful.
Looking around, it seems some people find the fragrance useful, and at varying levels. Some think it's a waste. |
Thanks for clarifying! I personally dont like the fragnances at all, ionizatoon however a big plus and i think its especially useful with the kids being more sensitive to air con.
