Product out in the Pharmacies called Technu. It is specifically made to remove poison ivy Oils from the skin after exposure. I bet it would work well on your steering wheel and shifter. Try Rite-Aid, CVS, Walgreens....etc.
I live in upstate NY and have some exp. w/ poison ivy
