If she leased the 17 X5....that was an outgoing body style so the lease rates are going to be much better than if she had leased the car the first year the body style came out or even halfway through the body style. I suspect they increased residuals for 2017 to sell all of them or they gave a ton of dealer cash to move those before....especially if she leased it in late 17 or 18.
