Did the residuals change since this was updated? If you calculate residual based on lease offer on bmw's site, it comes out to 59% for 10k.

Sample deal on his page has:
2020 X7 M50i MSRP of $101,895
Purchase option at lease end, excluding tax, title and government fees, is $60,118
60118/101895 = 59%
Same is true for 2020 xDrive50i & 2019 xDrive50i. Am I missing something?

PS: As per moderators on edmunds, residual for 2020 50i is 58% for 10k. They are usually pretty accurate but can make mistakes

The lease on BMW site says 22500 miles(not 30k), hence the higher residual
