I don't bother with any protection anymore. My current vehicle is a deep blue and the only thing I've done for two years is hand wash and use Aero Cosmetics Wet or Waterless Car Wash. I have next to zero swirls. If it does get bad, I'll have someone detail which I'd still have to do if it was wrapped/coated.
