I've done 70K miles (out of a total of over 100k miles) on my 2001 Audi A4 at 14.5 psi (1 bar). That's with an APR chip and just one turbo having to do all the work to make 14.5 psi. I wouldn't be too worried about running at 15.5 psi max with two turbos.

Yeah, they are small, but there are two of them so the load gets divided between both turbos which reduces the load on each individual turbo. It really all depends upon how many RPM the turbos have to spin at to reach 15.5 psi, and the bearing surface and oiling/cooling for the turbo. Smaller turbos can actually have an advantage over larger turbos when it comes to durability because there is less mass having to accelerate and decellerate.
