I think that's yahoo misinterpreting BMW. In bmw's eyes, they are all sold. To the dealer network. No one has refused one or will they.
There will be cars available. Just not many. A lot of stores will keep them and charge $xx,xxx over MSRP. A lot will keep them for their best clients. Some will keep them for the stores owner...
