I wouldn't be surprised if BMW is just having supply logistic problems on some items right now, and decided to temp pause them. This would include Ambient Air and Night Vision. But I would imagine of those, if any of them come back in full availability, the first one would be RSE.

If night vision comes back Imma gonna be pissed. It's one of the options I really wanted as we do lots of road trips and driving well into the night. I doubt it's something I could retrofit later although maybe as it's probably just a camera and a software update.
