There's a slight smell when sat at traffic lights and the engine running. Its not bad - it certainly wouldn't make me want to take it off and put a cat back in - the smell isnt over-bearing, it just noticeable.
I actually quite like the smell, it smells like a petrol forecourt.

So far so good, really like the noise. It works exactly how I wanted it to... it isnt loud ALL the time, its noisy when you want it to be, and slightly louder than stock at all other times. Idle sounds very stock-ish.
