Virginia is the worst for this.
But, we do have a bunch of good tracks within driving distance.

If you end up converting to VA license, just know that 80+ mph overall or 20+ over the limit (whichever is less) is considered a misdemeanor for VA residents. So.. 80 mph in a 70 mph zone is a misdemeanor, as is 75 in a 55. Absolutely insane.
