There's a $3450 difference between the 2019 X7 M-Sport xDrive50i and the 2020 X7 M50i but note that 22" wheels ($1300), M-Sport brakes ($650), M-Sport differential ($1000), laser lights ($1000) & alcantara headliner ($1050) which are optional on the 2019 M-Sport X7 xDrive50i, all come as standard equipment on the 2020 X7 M50i U.S market vehicles.
So yeah, like
760Lifan says, you are basically getting a free engine upgrade.
