Being a petrol head, you always want the engine that is one bit faster.
I have 330d and it gives me enough power for my daily routine. The 335d will have more power, but where do you stop? Do you just hang on and get a M3?
Not sure this helps, but a 330d gives enough for most people. And you still get the odd idiot who tries to race you - like a guy did to me today - but he didn't see speed camera and bottled the overtake and nearly crashed into me!!!!
