The E39 M5 and E46 M3 easily got those kinds of mark ups in some California dealers when they were 1st released.
Those greedy dealers sell a lot of cars and get the largest allocations. BMWNA just looks the other way.
I believe you mean E90,92 or 92 M3
Unless the M3 pickup is E96
