Found this thread and maybe you can give me an opinion about my similar issue. My e90 330i flows hot air drivers side and cold air on passengers. I think it could be the heater core but when reading codes with INPA I got following errors:
"9C48 mixed air flap left"
"9C4C footwell flap"
"9C4E striation flap"
Looks like it has three stepper motors bad, but a friend in other forum said that its difficult for three of them to go bad at the same time, and it could be a connection/electrical issue. Just for the records, previous owner did something to the a/c system but don't know what exactly, but dashboard was removed some time ago because there were two bolts missing inside. So whoever who did the job may have connected something wrong.
I hope you can give me your opinion about it.
