If you want to keep it legal...(after all you can already afford a bmw)
1) If you qualify for edu discount, that brings the price down a whole helluva lot and you're eligible for upgrades later on.
2) Or... try PS elements. It really isn't very limited in most areas and that can be well for well under $100.
