I have been happy with the service at Erhard in Farmington Hills. Overall they seem to take pride in providing good customer service. Their SAs have not tried to sell me stuff I don't need and with a few minor exceptions have taken all my service complaints seriously and tried their best to resolve the issues. I haven't had experience with their sales side so I can't comment on that part of the experience. They do seem to mainly stock 328 xdrive automatics, so if you are looking for a manual or something more specific I'd guess you'd need to order. But thats pretty standard for dealers in the midwest/northeast.
