335i brake malfunction
Guys,
Last evening crawling in the Atlanta traffic, I hit the brakes at a stoplight. And this strange feeling hit me - the car wasn't slowing down. I wasn't tailgating, so I had enough time to even look under the steering to see what I was pressing down on. It was the brake pedal and it was rock hard. I drove off the road to avoid rear ending the car in front of me and yanked at the hand brake to bring the car to a halt. Luckily no damage to the car or me.
I looked at the forum and found there was a recall for 2012-2014 N20 engine powered cars. Has anyone else with N55 affected by this?
I went to the dealership and obviously they didn't find any issue. To add to the insult, they charged me a diagnostic fee - i am still under warranty.
