MaCarthur blvd from greatfalls park almost all the way to DC is a phenomenal drive (although closer to DC you have to watch for parked cops). Also Georgetown pike, but you have to find low traffic time to get on it, like 2am. Both of these are twisties. There are some nice roads near frederick area too, especially up to Gambril State park, starting from rt 40.
