I actually saw a two-tone one at a dealer yesterday. They aren't as bad as I thought they were, definitely flashy, but that's Benz for ya.

The issue is now the GLS Maybach is nothing more than a SUV limo for short journeys without the much luggage. I admit I don’t want to get down in a low car for a luxury vehicle and part of the reason I would still buy a X7M50i even without having kids. That said the bouncy Maybach feels and looks more of a gimmick for those that crave vapid attention. It just seems too needy for my taste. If I felt the need to make that kind of statement I would do it with a Rolls Royce.
