Yes, hard abuse is what the issue has been with the Porsche PCCB's. Oxidation is the enemy of CCM brakes. And you get oxidation by running them very hot for extended periods of time, like track days. Lots of Porsche track guys have switched back to iron due to the insane replacement costs ($1700+ each!). Not an issue on the street, however. We'll have to see if S/T gets this very challenging issue sorted out as they use a different supplier.
