I contacted BMW NA when I first placed my order (January). Their response was that a flaw was found in all 2015 digital copies of owner's manuals, and they were working to correct the issue, with no estimated repost date for the manuals.
I got the same response again Monday, after contacting them again over the weekend.
If anyone has a copy they can post online, it seems there are a number of us interested.
